Prismo Metals Announces Debt Settlement
VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / August 13, 2024 / Prismo Metals Inc. (“Prismo” or the “Company“) (CSE:PRIZ)(OTCQB:MOMF) announces that it has entered into a debt settlement agreement with a creditor of the Company (the “Creditor“) pursuant to which the Company has agreed to issue to the Creditor, and the Creditor has agreed to accept 180,000 common shares of the Company (the “Settlement Shares“) at a deemed issue price of $0.17 per share in full and final settlement of accrued and outstanding indebtedness in the amount of $30,600.
The Settlement Shares will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months from the date of issuance under applicable Canadian securities laws, in addition to such other restrictions as may apply under applicable securities laws of jurisdictions outside Canada.
