Q4 Recap and Looking Ahead to 2025

Dear Shareholders and WAM Supporters,
Thank you for your support, which has been critical to our transformative 2024 exploration success. Our breakthrough with the Warm Springs discovery zone validates the expansive potential of our carbonate replacement deposit (CRD), marking a pivotal moment for Western Alaska Minerals. By drilling into the first sulfides and revealing a substantial mineralized footprint, we’ve significantly advanced our understanding of the district’s geological potential. Moreover, the emerging Waterpump Creek South target presents an exciting new avenue for high-grade silver exploration. Our shared conviction in the Illinois Creek CRD propels our strategic vision forward in 2025.

We wish you a safe and happy holiday season.

2024 Drilling Highlights
Warm Springs Discovery: A New, Large CRD “Spoke”

It’s a Big system.” – Dr. Peter Megaw, Technical Advisor

The Warm Springs zone is located approximately 1.4km east of the past-producing Illinois Creek mine.

Why did we drill Warm Springs?
The objective was to test the continuity of the Illinois Creek CRD corridor to prove the system’s scale. Historical drill holes and geophysical data combined with a new understanding of CRD systems highlighted Warm Springs as a high priority target that warranted drill testing.

What was the outcome?
Proof of scale (new CRD spoke) + increased potential for more mineable ounces:

1. The scale thesis is supported by a mineralized footprint that is 10x the size of the high-grade Waterpump Creek deposit, located ~5km to the NE. These two areas are thought to be connected and continuous, opening the door for more tonnes. The scale thesis at Warm Springs is supported by extensive, complex rock textures and fluid migration, suggesting multiple mineralizing events spanning a minimum of 10-12 distinct stages…a hallmark of world-renowned CRDs.

2. Discovery of first sulfides with Waterpump Creek grades (687 g/t Ag over 1.15m) from outside of the Waterpump Creek zone (lower geologic unit). This indicates potential for more high-grade sulfide mineralization along the CRD system at Warm Springs.

What’s Next?
The emerging Waterpump Creek South target will be our focus for the next drill season, along with some follow up on Warm Springs.
