White Rock Minerals’ Matt Gill speaks with Proactive about the restructure of the Mt Carrington earn-in and its joint venture agreement with Thomson Resources. The managing director and CEO explains the value in amending the original agreements to pull it away from WRM’s view of developing the gold assets and focusing on Thomson’s bigger picture potential with polymetalics including zinc and copper. The new agreement is an exploration JV that fits nicely into Thomson’s New England Fold Belt Hub and Spoke central processing concept, while giving White Rock shareholders continued exposure to the Mt Carrington asset as it moves forward.
